Jenny Zeller was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a degree in Arts Administration in 1995. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Key West, Florida. In the past ten years Zeller has made a major impact in the Key West art scene.

On an administrative level, she directed The Haitian Art Company for seven years and took over as director of Wren Gallery in 2004. As the founder of Off the Beaten Path Productions, Zeller creates artistic events showcasing local artists in alternative spaces throughout the Florida Keys.

As an artist Zeller continues to explore the possibilities of the photographic medium. Her work has shifted from an emphasis on foreign locations and people to more intimate scenes of the familiar. In 2001, Zeller was the Monroe County, Florida recipient of the prestigious South Florida Consortium Award. She continues to work and live in Key West, Florida.
