The pursuit of exquisite artifacts is a natural extension of Ashley's earliest interests.  Growing up, she spent her free time drawing and wandering tirelessly through museums.

Ashley graduated with honors from Bard College in 2001 with a degree in art history and archeology. Much of her work there focused on artistic expressions of the intersection between politics and religion. Her background proved a perfect fit when she joined the team at Archeo in the spring of 2006. The adventurous travels she embarks on when buying for the gallery allow her to continually learn and grow..

Traveling is one of Ashley's greatest joys. She makes frequent visits to New York where her family lives. With many friends working as artists in NYC, she keeps up on the contemporary art scene there. She has traveled widely through Europe studying architecture and art in England, Italy, Spain, Wales, and France. She has also spent extensive time in Turkey and Mexico.
